Are the shirts pre-shunk?
• Shirts are pre-shrunk and garment dyed. We recommend washing the shirt before you wear.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
• You have an option at Check-Out to ship with USPS or UPS. Using USPS (Standard Mail) usually takes about 2-7 business days within the USA and 7-14 business days for International orders. Using UPS you have the option to ship Next Day or 3 Day service. Delivery time varies by destination.
Do you ship to my country?
• Wolves Kill Sheep ships worldwide, no restrictions. We ship to UK, Europe, North America and several other countries as well.
For international orders, Priority Mail shipping takes up to 6-10 business days to arrive from the time your order is shipped out of our facility. Express mail will take about 3-5 business days from the time your order is shipped out of our facility.
**International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. Crooks N Castles Online Shop is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.
USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex offers direct and reliable confirmation through their carriers whether a package has been successfully delivered to the correct address listed on your order. Therefore, we are able to ensure responsibility for your package from the time it has been shipped from our facility until the time it has been confirmed as being "delivered" to your designated address. (Customers are sent a tracking number once their order has been fulfilled via the e-mail address they list on their order. If you happen to not receive your tracking number, please notify us via e-mail immediately.)

Will I be charge tax on my order?
• Yes, sales tax will be charged on all orders within California.
Where do you ship from?
• We ship from our warehouse based in Los Angeles, CA.
Has my web order been received?
• You will receive an email notification when we receive your order, but you can also log in to your account and check the status of your order. Orders will be processed & shipped within 2-5 business days.
Has my order been shipped?
• You will be notified and you will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
What should I do if something in my order is missing, wrong item, or if something is wrong?

What is your return policy? How do I return an item?
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS.
STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY SALE ITEMS.
• NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE.

When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the item(s) you are exchanging for. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and condition of product upon inspection.
Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed.
Customers are responsible to pay shipping fees when an exchange or a return for store credit is requested. Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the CANCELLATION of your exchange and store credit may be automatically disbursed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
**If there be a time where you did not receive an item(s) that was stated on your invoice, please contact us. In these cases, we will take full responsibility and reimburse you for the shipping fees when sending the item(s) back, and we can also make you a shipping label upon the request of the customer.

Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if the item is found to not be in the same condition as it was when it was initially sent to you. If the tags are detached or items are found to be worn already, we will incur a restocking fee. Items that are found to be washed will be subject to an automatic cancellation with no exchange or store credit. There will be a restocking fee for returns from customer buying wrong size items without fully understanding the correct size for them, ie..reading the F.A.Q. page with size specifications.
Is ordering from your site safe and secure?
• Our shop system is SSL certified, which means it's perfectly safe to order from our online store.
Do you have a store in the US or outside of the US?
• YES, we do have a shop in Downtown Los Angeles called OLA. Check out the website and visit our store!
What should I do if my items were damaged In Transit?
• If your items were damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away and we will proceed from there.
How much is shipping to my country?
• Please select your items and proceed to checkout where you can view shipping options and costs. You can change your options at Check-Out.
